1. Where shall we meet?
Of course, we will meet you at the airport. But anyone, who are already in Mongolia, should call to and contact us to get the address of our office.

2. What would you recommend about food?
You are available to collect all food for your trip from supermarkets in Ulaanbaatar. You can buy less food in the countryside during the trip. But it is better to bring just some especial flavoring and spice, which you are used to add into your meals. Finally, we want to say that you needn’t worry about the food.

3. Can I leave my luggage at your company for keeping during my trip?
It is absolutely possible. You needn’t doubt about reliable keeping the luggage.

4. Should I take all equipment that you in the picture?
No. It is enough to bring some of them that you think really need for your trip.

5. Do I need experience on auto trip or outdoor travel?
Of course, you needn’t. Only you have to a great enthusiasm to an auto trip.

6. How should I pay?
When you decide to reserve our tour program we will send you the bank account. Then you should transfer 400 $ (or 300$ ) in advance to make your tour reservation valid. When you come to mongolia the balance should be paid before the trip.

7. Can I change the trip route?
Every thing in the trip route must be clearly before starting the trip. But some small change might be done during the trip as a result of discussing with a guide and driver.

8. Shall I really have to travel with a guide?
It is possible. A driver must have enough knowledge in English in this condition. But it is hardly to find a driver, who has good experience on driving in the countryside of Mongolia and English knowledge. Moreover you should have enough experience on auto trip and certain knowledge about Mongolia, Mongolian people and tradition and any information, which a guide can give you. But we recommend you that it would better to travel with a guide on the bases of our experience in years.

10. If jeeps are broken down or damaged during the trip?
We want to proudly say that we have not any trouble with our travel jeeps until today. If it happened during your trip we will repair jeeps or change in 12-24 hours. We will solve the problem as soon as possible because of the trip condition.

11. How would you arrange days of trip if tourists have delay of 12-24 hours?
You need not worry about it. Because we always make route of trip and arrange its days as result that we foresaw some possible trouble.

12. Is it possible to fit some additional equipment in the jeep?
Of course, you are available to do that if it is not obstruct to the jeep’s technique and security.

13. Can tourists drive during the trip?
If tourists have international driving license they can drive in 30 days.
